Raw Material Test
Purpose: To determine the incoming inspection specifications for LED drive power; Ensure that it meets the requirements of the production process.
Check PCB Components
Test and eliminate any wrong welds, wrong electrodes, flickering issues.
There is also the position of the pins, which need to do a lot of spot checks.
Semi Driver Test
Equipment needed: oscilloscope, power meter, high temperature box, withstand voltage tester, grounding resistance tester, insulation resistance tester, ammeter, digital bridge, electronic load meter, harmonic analyzer etc.
Performance Test
Including Below Test:
1. Input voltage, current, power, power factor, harmonics.
2. Input voltage adjustment.
3. LED mode parameter setting (for LED driver)
4. Load voltage, load current, load power.
5. Voltage ripple test.
6. Current ripple test.
7. Boot test.
8.OCP test.
9. Efficiency test.
Driver Aging Test
Aging the power supply directly on the load by different voltage 100V,160V,220V,265V. The uninterrupted continuous working time of the power supply is more than 24hrs, no failure, no burning phenomenon, and the parameters are stable, then it is considered qualified.
Surge(SPD) Testing
Among the surge hazards, lightning surge overvoltage is the most harmful. Lightning is the most obvious factor causing surge. The surge caused by lightning can be divided into:
(1) Inductive lightning surge overvoltage.
(2) Direct lightning surge overvoltage.
(3) lightning conduction surge overvoltage.
(4) Four categories of oscillating surge overvoltage.
EMC TEST TAB
EMC Test standards (EN55015, EN61547, EN 61000),Test Include:Insertion loss, interference voltage, radiated electromagnetic interference, electrostatic discharge, radio frequency electromagnetic field, power frequency magnetic field, fast transient, injected current, surge, voltage dip and short interruption, voltage fluctuation, harmonic current etc.
