To give an example: the factory building is 115m long, 24m wide, and the lighting installation height is 15m. There are 54 old lamps, 400w metal halide lamps, and it is planned to replace the original lamps one by one with 200w high-ceiling LED lamps.

Through the DALI system software, each lamp can be controlled and the following functions can be realized

(1) Timing light switch function: Automatically turn on/off lights according to any set schedule.

(2) Dimming function: The light can be automatically dimmed according to any set schedule, and sensors (light control, radar induction) can be designed according to different areas to achieve automatic adjustment of 0 to 100% full power.

(3) Local intelligent control: Installing an intelligent touch screen on site can realize one-key opening and dimming control, realize local intelligent control functions, and can also be restored to automatic operation locally. Local intelligent control has higher priority than remote intelligent control.

(4) Remote control function: The designated operating department PC can remotely control the controlled lamps, and can reset the grouping scheme and operating scenario mode of the lamps.

(5) Free grouping of lamps: The controlled lamps should be freely grouped and controlled as needed. The same lamp can be organized into different groups at the same time, such as remote management group, sensor management group, intelligent maintenance control management group, etc.

(6) Automatic alarm for single lamp failure: When a certain lamp fails, the system background automatically detects and alarms, and the screen displays information about the faulty lamp. The fault information includes specific location information and coding information.

(7) Data statistical analysis: After adding smart meters, it has the functions of automatic power analysis (current, voltage, power, power factor, electric energy) and statistical analysis of lighting rate, alarm statistical analysis, single-circuit electric energy statistical analysis, etc. .
